- The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Weighted Blankets, Pillows, Stockings, and Undershorts.
- Community Wear™ Face Masks, Gaiters, and Tommie's Pharmacy products must be returned in original UN-OPENED packaging. We will not accept returns if the packaging seal is broken.

- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.tommiecopper.com or with the Tommie Copper® Customer Service Team. Please note that our flagship store cannot process returns for online orders.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
- If a return is less than the total amount of an order paid for with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be placed back on the E-Gift Card used.
- Once payment has been submitted, no additions, changes, or cancellations can be made to an order.
