Tommie Copper® proudly guarantees the quality, performance, and fit of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tommie Copper® purchase or gift, simply return the item within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten business days for your refund to be credited upon Tommie Copper® receiving your returned package.

Return Policy
- Most Tommie Copper® products come with a 60-day money back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships.
- We offer free even exchanges if you need to exchange for a different size or color.
- The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Weighted Blankets, Pillows, and Stockings.
- Community Wear™ Face Masks, Gaiters, Undershorts, and Tommie's Pharmacy products must be returned in original UN-OPENED packaging. We will not accept returns or issue refunds if the packaging seal is broken, and we cannot send the item back.

- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. You may also use our no-hassle returns portal (click orange button above) and get a pre-paid return shipping label.*
- If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received.
- Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.tommiecopper.com or with the Tommie Copper® Customer Care Team over the phone.
